Trip fee

A $45 fuel surcharge is applicable to all bookings greater than 20 kilometres from the business location. Parking reservations and/or fees are the client’s responsibility.

Deposit Payment

A $175 deposit is due at the time of birthday party bookings. The deposit payment will be deducted from your total.

Extra party guests

We understand that it is hard to keep guest lists from growing! However, we would like to offer high quality parties for young children. Please help us keep your party fun and safe by respecting our policies. The Silver Package is for 12 kids and Silver Plus Package is for 15 to 20 kids. Additional kids can be billed at $18/each.

General Cancellation Policy

Due to our limited availability for bookings, the $175 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations can be made prior to 21 days in advance to avoid being responsible for the contract balance. Cancellations made 21 to 14 days in advance; you will be responsible for 50% of the contract balance. Cancellations made 13 days or less in advance; you will be responsible for the full contract balance.

In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel due to an accident or mechanical issue, we will notify you right away. You will have an option to reschedule your party within 1 year at a 50% discount.

Building long lasting relationships with our clients is our goal and we will make every possible effort to accommodate your individual rescheduling needs.

Weather Cancellation Policy

For weather related cancellations, as long as you contact us prior to the bus leaving the warehouse: 2 hrs. before your party time; we will be happy to reschedule your event. Deposits are non refundable but are transferable to a future event within 1 year. If you decide to cancel after the weather cut off time, payment will be due in full. Fun GymBus reserves the right to cancel your event in advance due to unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel your event in advance due to weather conditions not being conducive to bringing the bus to your location, you can reschedule your event for a later date. Full payment is still due if we have to reschedule your party due to weather conditions.

Tardiness

Although we strive to be on time each and every time, there are times that we might be a little late due to accidents, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we will be running late, we will notify you as well as provide ETA.
